Oops: Sorry About That Camapign Pledge

The United States is quickly learning what a liar Barack Hussein Obama really is. If there is anyone who still believes a word that comes out of this man's mouth, you are a total idiot. Ron White likes to say "you cant fix stupid". Well, that certainly is true and sadly, 50% of the United States is totally ignorant.

Here is Obama list of credentials as a professional liar. First, he is a politician. Therefore, the truth is not in the equation. Secondly, he is from the Chicago political scene; the most corrupt in the country. Finally, he is already going back on everything he said.

Remember all that campaign bull crap about only raising taxes on people making over $250,000 a year. Well, yesterday saw that myth dispelled. Obama hit his first target with a tax increase and as you will see, it affects the poor more then the wealthy.

According to this AP article, a new cigarette tax took place yesterday. It raises the tax on a pack of cigarettes 62 cents. This is up from the 39 cents previously charged. Thus, a carton of cigarettes just went up by $6.20. But feel comfort in knowing this went to pay for Obama health initiatives.

While I am no defender of smokers, this tax hits home with those Obama professes to protect. As the article shows, the lower income brackets have a higher percentage of smokers. It starts at 34% for those earning less than $12,000 per year. Now, do you think these people can realistically afford as well as those making greater than $100,000? Of course not. Yet, Obama promised no tax increases on these people.

Of course, this is the first of many to come. Pay attention to that cap and trade crap that Obama is professing we need to prevent man-made global warming. This will raise utility bills by 6% while increasing a gallon of gas by 13 cents. Again, who do you think these taxes hurt the most. Naturally the lower income brackets suffer the greatest brunt of it. They are already spending 100% of what they earn.

Obama is quickly showing himself to be the grand liar. Nothing out of his mouth can be believed. Trust me, the cigarette tax is not the last campaign promise he will break. In the end, he will screw the same people he vowed to help. Typical politician.

What A Fraud

Obama has no clue what he is doing. Personally, I thought we would never see anyone who was as inept as Jimmy Carter. I was wrong. This guy is going to make Carter look like Abraham Lincoln. Mark my words, the Obama administration (and the morons in Congress) is going to screw this situation up that it will take us a generation to unravel.

Once again, the stock market crashed following the remarks of the esteemed President. His gurus are now thinking of buying 40% of Citibank. I dont know about you, but the idea of the government owning one bank while the rest are struggling is not a good thing. Not only will the shareholders suffer, but the system is going to dive at this idea. We are already seeing it.

Besides, what makes these morons think the government is able to solve any business problem. Let us look at the entities the government is involved in. The United States Post Office. Losing billions. Amtrak. Ditto, billions in loses. Fannie and Freddie. Total collapse. Do you get the point?

Obama campaigned as a problem solver. The truth is he is a talker when it serves him. At the moment, Obama is talking down the economy. If you believe that to be right-wing rhetoric, then check all his speeches the last month. He makes speeches that are self-serving without regard for who he is hurting. Obama, as all politicians, are out for themselves. Maintaining power is the focus. And he will do anything for that end.

For weeks we heard how crucial it is for his "stimulus" bill to get done. Forgetting the fact that this is the most obvious liberal spending platform ever, it increased the debt by almost $1 trillion (closer to $2 trillion when interest and all the rest is factored in). That was bad enough. Now, suddenly, this moron suddenly feels that deficits are dangerous (read article). Yeah, no shit Sherlock. Of course, saying that before we spent $30 million studying the mouse in San Francisco (courtesy of Nancy Pelosi) was not in the cards.

Obama is a total fraud. He is someone who is totally unqualified to be President of the Boy Scouts, let alone the United States. He is a liar from the corrupt Chicago political establishment. He is showing himself to be a say anything to get elected type but do none of it. His administration is filled with lobbyists and tax cheats (and it would have more if he could have gotten them through). In short, he is pathetic.

The end is closer than we believe. Obama is going to screw up the United States so much. We are closing in on the time when the revolution will take place. Remember, you Presidential piece of trash, you work for us.

Obama Came From This Environment

Chicago cannot get out of the news. Everyday there is something else coming out of the Windy City shows the corruption. As if the Senate seat fiasco was not enough, it now is shown that the school system spent $67,000 on cappuchino machines. So much for educators always screaming for more books and chalk. It appears that coffee is a requirement for teaching our children. (read article here)

What is most absurd about this is that the machines were never used. The money spent on them went totally to waste. Someone evidently cut a sweetheart deal somewhere along the line. I would surmise there was some form of kickback to the decision maker from the salesperson or company that got the contract. I mean, when you compare this to the "selling" a Senate seat, a small kickback would not raise an eyebrow.

The point is that the present President-elect is from this corrupt environment. To believe that he somehow managed to navigate his way through this mess while maintaining his integrity is a bit hard to swallow. This idea is compounded when you consider that Obama not only navigated but, also, excelled in this environment. He knows where "all the dead bodies are".

It is scary to consider that he now has access to trillions of dollars. We all know that Chicago has the reputation of corruption only matched by Louisiana. And, Obama has a number of Chicago personnel in his administration (can anyone say Rohm Emanual). It is my guess that we will not have to wait to long to see how corrupt this administration is. These yoyos will make the Bush administration look transparent.

Remember the time is nearing when this all will come to a head. Get prepared.

Another Senator Kennedy?

What is the value of a name? If that name is Kennedy, it seems that it is worth at least a Senate seat. Qualifications matter none if you have the proper surname. As long as you can raise money and wield some power, that is all that is needed. Who cares if you haven't really done anything substantial in your life.

Rumors are that the Governor of New York will appoint Caroline Kennedy to replace Senator Clinton who is moving into the Obama administration. Dick Morris doesn't agree with this assessment, yet it is the prevailing wisdom. The Kennedy name is still a powerful tool in politics, capable of raising tremendous amounts of money.

So where does this leave the people of New York? I would surmise that they suffer in terms of knowledgeable representation. Kennedy spent most of her adult existence in the City while having limited, if any, insight into the rest of the state. Also, being from a wealthy family leaves her unable to identify with the average person. I mean, what does she know about the plight of someone in Binghamton or Syracuse? Does she even know where these places are? I think it is highly unlikely.

We are seeing more distant between the viewpoints of our political leaders and the people in general. This only stressing how things are going. The appointment of Caroline Kennedy will be nothing more than an entitlement selection. What is sad is that she will accept it. This shows how her mind things. There is absolutely no regard to whether she can do a good job.

I think it a disgrace what is going on. This is something that the Founding Fathers found to be distasteful about the British style of government. And, here we are, 200+ years later, replicating the same system. There was a fight over this point at that time; perhaps it is time to replicate that same action. A revolution is at hand.

Chicago Corruption

Is anyone surprised at the corruption that emerged this week regarding Barack Obama's senate seat? Certainly, if there is an area of the country that is ripe for this type of gross corruption, it is Illonois. The Chicago political machine is wrought with scandalous people. One of the products of this system is moving to Washington to live at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Is this something that we should be concerned about?

There were attempts during the election to make character and relationships an issue. Since the media was in the bag for Obama, people such as Reverend Wright and Bill Ayres were glossed over. In effect, Obama got a pass on them. Now, it seems there is another scandal lurking around the corner.

Naturally, as of now, Obama is accussed of doing nothing wrong himself. However, his new Chief of Staff is being mentioned as having some ties. That is not surprising since he was the one who replaced the ill-fated Governor Blogojevich in the House a few years back. Trust me when I tell you the relationships in Chicago politics run deep.

Obama mentioned that he casually knew Bill Ayres "from the neighborhood". This was shown to be a lie and that he knew Ayres at a deeper level. Now, Obama is claiming to barely know the Governor. Yet, we know that he supported Blogojevich in both is gubnertorial campaigns. Seems there is more than just a casual relationship.

Of course, we cannot omit the other tie to this situation; Jesse Jackson, Jr. There is believed to be FBI evidence that his people somehow were involved in trying to secure the Senate seat for Jackson. The number of $1 million is being bantered about. Again, I ask if anyone is surprised at this. Jackson, along with his father, are products of this corrupt system. Evidence shows they are perfectly willing to engage in the quid pro quo game that is so prevelant in Chicago politics.

Where does this leave Obama? That is the question that will be answered over the next few months. Evidently, from the transcripts released by the FBI of the wiretaps, Obama separated himself from the bribery game by offering the Governor nothing more than appreciation. Yet, the thread of corruption runs deep among Chicago politicians. Is it possible for someone who excelled so well at it to have done it without getting his hands dirty? Time will tell.
